Shipping within the UK

Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving payment. You should expect to receive it 2 -3 days after dispatch. All our orders are sent First Class with Royal Mail. In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in transit , then we are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

 

During bank holidays or busy periods like Christmas we aim to ship within 5-7 days. If you need your order urgently delivered, then please email info@prettybeefresh and we will try our best to accommodate you.

We ship internationally, the price will be shown at checkout. We aim to ship within 2-3 working days but depending on the country you're in shipping might take longer. Returns information

If you are not happy with your item please contact us within 30 days of purchasing your wraps.  We will happily replace your Beeswax Wrap Set if it is returned within 14 days. Please note that we can only refund unopened and unused wraps in their original packaging.
